AromaTherapist Product Satisfaction Policy

AromaTherapist offers a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. If you experience product issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the following options:

  • AromaPuck Scent Guarantee: Don't like an AromaPuck scent? Notify us and we'll send a replacement of your choosing at no additional cost.
  • AromaAmplifier Lifetime Guarantee: AromaAmplifiers that are experiencing manufacturer defects affecting usability will either be repaired or replaced.
  • Product Damaged During Shipping: Please notify us of any products that arrive damaged so that we can remedy the situation.
  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the “Product Satisfaction Request Process” outlined below within 30 days of your initial purchase.
    • Product returns must be approved in advance. Returning any product without proper return authorization may cause delays in processing or the rejection of your return/refund.
    • Product returns must be in their original packaging (including all parts, pieces, and printed inserts) without signs of wear and tear, and in good working condition.
    • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    • Your initial tax and shipping charges are non-refundable.

PRODUCT SATISFACTION REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a satisfaction request, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Send Satisfaction Requests to support@aromatherapist.com, with the following information:

  • Subject Line: Satisfaction Request, Order Number <<YOUR ORDER NUMBER>>
  • Email Body: Briefly describe your request.

Step 2. Obtain Instructions from Support

Within approximately 48 hours, our support team will review your satisfaction request and respond by either requesting additional information, declining the request, or initiating a suitable satisfaction option while providing you with the relevant information or instructions.

PRODUCT RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING

Support must authorize product returns in advance. Returning any product without proper return authorization may cause delays in processing or the rejection of your return.

After receiving the return authorization and instructions from support, repackage all return-related products securely in their original packaging, and include a sheet of paper with the return authorization number and the original Order ID. Then, mail the return to the address specified in the return instructions provided by support.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once an authorized return has been received at our location, we will inspect it, process it, and notify you via email if there are any questions or issues. After your return has been validated and processed, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the actual price you paid (excluding shipping and taxes) for the item(s).

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

COMPANY DISCRETION

We reserve the right to refuse satisfaction requests, returns, exchanges, and/or refunds within our sole and absolute discretion. We also reserve the right to change this satisfaction policy at any time.
